High-Performance with DOBOT CR30H Series
The DOBOT CR30H is a heavy-duty collaborative robot with 30 kg payload, 1800 mm reach, and max speed of 6m/s. It offers ±0.05 mm repeatability, IP67 protection, and advanced vibration suppression for precise palletizing. HyperMove™ motion control and TrueMotion™ path replication ensure stable, high-speed operation.
Programming is intuitive via teach pendant, PC or app, with drag-to-teach and torque sensors. Interfaces include Modbus, TCP/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, and digital I/Os. Safety features: 1 ms collision detection and fail-safe brakes.
Ideal for food, automotive, logistics, and chemical industries. Handles up to 10 pcs/min with consistent precision. Compact, food-safe variants enable fast deployment and scalable automation.

The advanced HyperMove™ motion control optimizes acceleration and travel behavior for maximum efficiency, while modern vibration suppression ensures exceptionally stable movement even under full load. With a repeatability of ±0.05 mm, an IP67 protection rating, and a robust industrial design, the CR30H offers the perfect combination of performance, precision, and reliability for demanding production environments.
Hand guidance and highly sensitive collision detection – the Dobot CR30HT
The DOBOT CR30HT (Touch Edition) stands out with its intuitive programming via a teach pendant, a PC, or an app and features integrated torque sensors. It is compatible with numerous interfaces, including Modbus, TCP/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, and digital I/O, enabling simple system integration. Safety is the top priority: Even though it does not feature the “Drag-to-Teach” function, it is equipped with collision detection with a reaction time of 1 ms as well as electromagnetic brakes that ensure safe emergency stop procedures and enable safe operation in collaborative environments. Thanks to these advanced technologies, the CR30H is well prepared for the automation requirements of the future.
